During the course of the Sufi Mizan Foundation's journey, PHP Family made significant strides in advancing healthcare facilities. They established Alhaj Sufi Mohammad Dayem Uddin Hospital in Narayanganj, offering 24-hour services, including emergency care, daycare services for palliative care and cancer chemotherapy, operation theater facilities, diagnostic services, X-rays, and ambulance services. As a response to the lack of healthcare services outside Dhaka, the hospital has gained a commendable reputation for providing dedicated care, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, where they have assisted every patient in the area with their specific needs. Furthermore, the hospital has organized various programs, such as free cancer screening and awareness initiatives, as well as health camps and free plastic surgery camps for cleft lip patients. These efforts highlight the Foundation's commitment to serving the community and promoting better healthcare access.
About Us
The Sufi Mizan Foundation has assumed the responsibility of fulfilling people's basic necessities, encompassing food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, and education, and has now taken on the task of operating Alhaj Sufi Mohammad Dayem Uddin Hospital. This hospital offers healthcare support to those in need at a minimal cost and boasts several facilities, including three general wards for female patients, one general ward for male patients, six general cabin facilities, one VIP cabin, four beds for post-operative units, and a day care unit. Erected in 1996 at the birthplace of the Founder and Chairman of the PHP Family, the hospital currently attends to around 1,200 patients each month. Located in Narayanganj, the hospital provides essential services such as emergency care, daycare for cancer treatment and palliative care, operating room services, diagnostic services, X-rays, and ambulance services, available round-the-clock. The scarcity of healthcare facilities outside Dhaka makes Alhaj Sufi Mohammad Dayem Uddin Hospital stand out for its dedicated care, ensuring that every recovering patient in the region receives the necessary assistance.
