In 1999, Mohammed Anowarul Haque successfully obtained his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, USA.
Responsible for steering PHP Family to new heights, Mohammed Anowarul Haque serves as the dedicated Managing Director and is the third son of Alhaj Sufi Mohamed Mizanur Rahman. With a strong background in Warehouse Management, Production, and Quality Control, he efficiently manages the company’s operations.

Since then, he has been in charge of PHP’s financial discipline to prevent system loss and financial leakage. Furthermore, he exemplifies his commitment to environmental conservation by overseeing PHP Agro-Products Limited. Under his guidance, the company takes responsibility for significant initiatives like the 108 Plantation Project in Chittagong and other agricultural-oriented projects in the Rajshahi – Dinajpur region. Apart from his exceptional business acumen, Mr. Hossain nurtures a keen interest in literature, cultural activities, and world music, highlighting his appreciation for the arts and diverse cultures. Mohammed Akther Parvez, the youngest son of Alhaj Sufi Mohammed Mizanur Rahman, is a distinguished individual who serves as the Founder and Managing Director of PHP Automobiles. He earned his degree in Business Communication from the University of Canberra, Australia, in 2004. Upon returning to Bangladesh, he joined the family business, PHP Family, and implemented strategies such as introducing shares and bonds to foster the company’s growth. As a result of his efforts, PHP Family now operates six branches across the nation, holding both CSE 031 (Chittagong Stock Exchange) and DSE 235 (Dhaka Stock Exchange) TREC holders and being the director of Chittagong Stock Exchange.
Presently, Mohammed Akther Parvez dedicates his attention to the responsibilities of overseeing the Chittagong Stock Exchange, PHP Automobiles and PHP Stock & Securities Limited. Additionally, he holds the esteemed position of Managing Director at PHP Motor.
Beyond his business endeavors, Mr. Parvez also demonstrates a commitment to enriching the community. He aspires to create spaces that cater to the spiritual well-being and physical growth of the young generation. To this end, he actively engages in constructing iconic structures and landmarks, incorporating modern amenities, especially those that foster prayer and sports activities.
After attending Turkish Hope School for his O-levels and Chittagong Grammar School for his A-levels, he pursued his Foundation course at London’s David Game College. Subsequently, he obtained a BSc in both Psychology and Marketing from Goldsmiths University.
Mohammed Mizan Victor Mohsin, the eldest grandson of the respected Alhaj Sufi Mohammed Mizanur Rahman, has recently been appointed as a Management Apprentice at PHP Family. Additionally, he holds the position of Management Intern at PHP FGIL and serves as the Managing Partner at Oxygen, demonstrating his commitment and expertise in the field.
