PHP is actively engaged in rubber plantations on the agricultural front, with a primary focus on the domestic market. The majority of our dedicated workers on these plantations are native workers. Additionally, we employ a few hundred members from indigenous communities, contributing to the transformation of their traditional agrarian economies while embracing modern ways of life.
At PHP, we are committed to enhancing the well-being of these indigenous communities by providing them with essential necessities such as food and other necessities, aiming to uplift their lives.
