Due to inadequate storage facilities, our farmers have frequently missed out on maximizing the benefits of their products. In 2008, the PHP Family collaborated with Dina Cold Storage at Joypurhat to address this issue and support the agro storage facility. Specifically designed for potato harvest, Dina Cold Storage now boasts a capacity of 1 lakh 86-kg potato bags. To ensure uninterrupted electricity supply and optimal air pressure for potato storage, the facility is equipped with a 500 kVA generator in addition to the power supply from PDB.
